About Us

At this location, Elevate Addiction Services will be offering outpatient substance abuse treatment services at PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care. Elevate utilizes a holistic approach toward treatment addressing the mind, body, and spirit. There will be various types of therapy offered at the facility, including both group and individual sessions along with staff led mindfulness sessions. Elevate will also be hosting regular SMART Recovery meetings which will be open to the public at no cost.
