When reopening your business in the COVID-19 era, new regulations will require updated operations and procedures to increase safety, reduce your liability, and avoid labor lawsuits. This workshop will feature experts in employment law, safety, and insurance to answer all your questions about operating safely amidst a pandemic.
Brett Sutton is a Senior Partner with the Sutton Hague Law Corporation. He counsels clients on labor and employment law and handles employment law and business-related cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.
James Boretti is a Certified Safety Professional and President/CEO of Boretti, Inc. He has an extensive background in the field of safety and health with over 30 years of experience. His work has resulted in measurable improved operational efficiency and productivity, lowered insurance rates, reduced claims frequency, and OSHA compliance.
Jarad Banes has been in the insurance industry for 10 years, the past seven with LP Insurance, based in Reno. His insurance expertise is in the hospitality, construction, and manufacturing sectors with specialties in the placement of Commercial General Liability, Workers Compensation, Management Liability, and Cyber Liability.
