Free Sports Physicals Event Monday, June 1, 2026, 4:30pm – 7:00pm Barton Center for Orthopedics & Wellness 2170B South Avenue, South Lake Tahoe, CA Registration Not Required ALL high school athletes are required to get a physical annually before they will be accepted to play, per NIAA requirements. Middle school athletes are required to have one physical on file for 6th-8th grade athletic participation.

• Incoming Seniors: 4:30pm
• Incoming Juniors: 5:00pm
• Incoming Sophomores: 5:30pm
• Incoming Freshmen: 6:00pm
• Incoming and/or First-Time Middle School Athletes: 6:40pm

Please note:
1. Obtain the paperwork from your school’s front office or download it from Register My Athlete prior to this event or prior to your scheduled physician appointment.
2. Parent or legal guardian must be present in order to receive physical.
3. This evaluation does not replace your student’s annual preventative visit.
