Description
This workshop is intended to foster the practices of “Five Star” customer service among employees of the varied tourism industries here in South Lake Tahoe. Participants will gain a deep understanding of Self-Awareness, Communication, Empathy, Adaptability, Collaboration, Resilience, and Social Diversity and Awareness, particularly as they relate to the fine art of exemplary customer service. The workshop is centered around group and paired activities and exercises, with a strong focus on open discussion and group learning.
