The Blue Ribbon Awards were created in 2007 by the Tahoe Chamber to honor excellence in business on the South Shore. This awards program recognizes businesses, organizations, and individuals for achievements, community contributions, and milestones. It is one of the largest business awards program on the South Shore bringing together over 300 local business leaders, entrepreneurs, organizations, and government officials.
Each year, Tahoe Chamber solicits nominations in the seven key categories that represent the breadth of business on the South Shore. Each nomination is carefully considered by the Blue Ribbon Awards Task Force and after weighting each nomination against the award criteria.
Tickets are on sale now and include champagne upon arrival, a three-course dinner, and a glass of wine. Tickets are $65 for Tahoe Chamber Members and $85 for non-members.
NEW THIS YEAR: Purchase raffle tickets at the event to have a chance to win our three huge prizes!
• A two-night stay in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin at The Redwoods in Yosemite
• A one-night stay at the Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel with breakfast for two

Meet our Emcee for the evening, Jack Fife!
Jack is a professional raconteur, voice talent and action sports commentator. Rarely held back by a 2 drink minimum, he is the principal mixologist at PVMMC, an events production agency serving up live-UX formulas for the endurance sporting, corporate wellness & firefighter industries since 1998.
Known for his fierce gaze but warming smile, Jack converges backgrounds in engineering, sports psychology and D1 collegiate athletics. He endeavors to blend behavioral science insights with engaging UX strategies to shape experiential innovation. In other words, he likes to bring participants in close for the time of their lives.
His dulcet tones echo throughout notable events such as Bay to Breakers, the San Francisco and Truckee and Los Angeles Marathons, Red Bulls’ Wings For Life World Run, Spartan Races and the PNW’s locally world famous Triathlon Festival, including national firefighter competitions, foodie trade shows and the like.
