About Kristi
Kristi Kandel is the founder of I&D Consulting. Her successful background encompasses 10 years in the real estate industry, principally within development of new construction retail properties. As President, Kristi is responsible for directing all phases of I&D operations, including Acquisitions & Dispositions, Contract Negotiations, Entitlement Processing, Dry Utility Consulting, Project Management Services, In-depth Business Financial Analysis, Capitalization, Marketing & Leasing programs, and Value Added Asset Repositioning Programs.
