The County Manager provides professional leadership in implementing the long-term vision, strategic priorities and goals of the Board of County Commissioners. The County Manager works in partnership with elected officials to develop solutions to community challenges, bring a community-wide perspective to policy discussions, promote ethical and transparent government, encourage inclusion and build consensus among diverse interests, promote equity and fairness, develop and sustain organizational excellence, and promote innovation.
